After opening up Sun Belt Conference play with a 1-2 series loss against Western Kentucky last week, the Ragin’ Cajun softball team had a good weekend, beating McNeese State 10-0 mercy-rule victory Saturday, March 28.
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns baseball team doesn’t quite have the record they would like but, they do have the drive, the motivation, and the vision to work to make this season a successful one.
The fuse ran out and Louisiana exploded last week in The New Alex Box Stadium. LSU’s new state of the art baseball park helped everyone to enjoy the game a little bit more, all except LSU that is. Your Ragin’ Cajuns toppled the then-No. 3 ranked Tigers 10-9 in a fantastic display of baseball.
